How It’s Work
Your order is processed when the order is completed and your information that you entered when ordering is correct. So please make sure that you entered your name and shipping address in details to avoid the delivery delay
Your items will be shipped in same day if we received your order before 11:00 AM, if we received after that will be shipped in next working day.
After the order is handed over to the shipping company, it becomes difficult for us to control the delivery date and time for the customer. This is coordinated between the recipient and the shipping company.
Your order will be shipped and you will receive it within 3:5 working days, coinciding with the time of ordering and your shipping zone
Some orders may experience delays in delivery beyond the scheduled time set by the shipping companies, and this is beyond our control. In such cases, you can contact us, and we will review the issue with the shipping company and resolve it as soon as possible.
Shipping zones
Zone 1, Cairo, Giza & Alexandria. Shipping cost will be 65 EGP per order.
Zone 2, Delta & Canal. Shipping cost will be 75 EGP per order.
Zone 3, North Upper Egypt. Shipping cost will be 85 EGP per order.
Zone 4, Upper Egypt, Red Sea & North Coast. Shipping cost will be 100 EGP per order.
Zone 5, international shipping services not available at the time being.
شحن مجانى للطلبات بقيمة 400 ج لمحافظات الوجه البحرى (القاهرة، الجيزة، الاسكندرية، الدلتا، والقناة) وللطلبات بقيمة 600 ج لمحافظات الوجه القبللى (شمال وجنوب الصعيد، البحر الاحمر،الساحل الشمالى)
كيف تتم عملية الشحن
يتم معالجة طلبك عند اكتمال الطلب وتكون المعلومات التي أدخلتها عند الطلب صحيحة. لذا يرجى التأكد من إدخال اسمك وعنوان الشحن بالتفصيل لتجنب اى تأخير فى عملية التسليم
سيتم شحن الطلبات الخاصة بك في نفس اليوم إذا تلقينا طلبك قبل الساعة 11:00 صباحًا، إذا استلمنا طلبك بعد ذلك فسيتم شحنه في يوم العمل التالي
بعد تسليم الطلب لشركة الشحن يصعب علينا التحكم في تاريخ وموعد التسليم للعميل، ويتم ذلك بالتنسيق ما بين المستلم وشركة الشحن
سوف تستلم طلبك في خلال 3:5 ايام عمل من تاريخ الشحن وذلك طبقا للوقت الذي تم فيه شحن طلبك وطبقا لمنطقتك
قد تواجه بعض الطلبات تأخير في التسليم عن الموعد المحدد من قبل شركات الشحن ويكون ذلك خارج عن ارادتنا، وفي هذه الحالات يمكنكم التواصل معنا وسوف نقوم بمراجعة المشكلة مع شركة الشحن وحلها في أقرب وقت
المناطق وتكلفة الشحن
المنطقة رقم 1 : القاهرة , الجيزة , الإسكندرية . تكلفة الشحن ستكون 65 جنيه لكل طلب
المنطقة رقم 2 : الدلتا , محافظات القناة . تكلفة الشحن ستكون 75 جنيه لكل طلب
المنطقة رقم 3 : محافظات شمال الصعيد . تكلفة الشحن ستكون 85 جنيه لكل طلب
المنطقة رقم 4 : محافظات جنوب الصعيد , البحر الاحمر , الساحل الشمالى . تكلفة الشحن ستكون 100 جنيه لكل طلب
المنطقة رقم 5 : خدمات الشحن الدولي غير متوفرة في الوقت الحالي
